This extended workshop builds on the foundations covered in the Intro to Machine Embroidery workshop and introduces participants to more advanced embroidery techniques using the Janome Memory Craft 500E.
Through demonstrations and guided practical exercises, participants will learn how to embroider onto clothing and create embroidered patches. The session also covers stabilisers, hooping methods, fabric selection, and troubleshooting common issues. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of machine embroidery workflows and one to two completed textile samples or projects.

In this workshop participants will learn the core principles of machine embroidery and follow demonstrations performed on a Brother Innov-is NV2600 machine. Participants will then use these skills to make their own embroidery project.
